Our Goal is to ignite change by empowering leaders in business and society with the knowledge and tools to drive

In addition, we support health professionals integrate sustainability into their training, education and practice to advance environmental responsible healthcare systems.

The idea was created by our Founder - Sabrina De Angelis, a passionate
environmental advocate and innovator to transform the way we approach environmental issues. We believe that for change to occur both activists and skeptics would need to be present at the roundtable by giving the voiceless a chance to be heard.... By leaving behind a living world for present and future generations to enjoy and be in awe of the beauty of our planet.

Our Advocacy Efforts
Too often, young professionals and graduates with talent, passion, and potential struggle to start their careers. Landing internships is highly competitive, with a large pool of applicants competing for a limited number of positions, and employers increasingly favor candidates who already possess relevant skills and experience. Entry-level jobs are becoming harder to secure, as many positions are automated or replaced by AI, and others impose unrealistic experience requirements—leaving capable young people stuck in a frustrating cycle of rejection and missed opportunities.

At Own Your Voice Academy, we are determined to break this cycle. We advocate for equitable hiring practices that remove these barriers and open fair pathways into internships and entry-level opportunities across sectors, ensuring young people are recognized for their skills, creativity, and drive—not just prior experience.
